Crew assignments by unit and day
Callback Availability
Set how far ahead members can submit general availability for callback. This does not change overtime shift sign-ups.
Callback history
Recent recorded call outcomes. This history is retained on the scheduler server.
Staffing Accountability
Reports use captured schedule history. Capture records the schedule as it is now and never overwrites an existing record of the same type.
Employee Directory
Archive employees instead of deleting them so historical schedules remain trustworthy.
Employee Import
Create or update employees, credentials, and archive status from CSV.
Unit Import
Create or update apparatus and unit definitions from CSV.
D7FR Roster Import
Upload the department's staff contact spreadsheet (.xlsx). Employees are matched by email — title, shift, and certifications are set from the roster and will be applied automatically when each person signs in with their Microsoft account.
Unit Management
Toggle reserve visibility and tune unit types without cluttering the live scheduler.
Mandatory Backfill List
Employees pick their forced-hire dates at the start of the fiscal year (Oct 1).
D7FR names each fiscal year by its ending calendar year: FY2027 runs from
October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027.
Download a sheet with every date, the platoon on duty, and the platoon eligible
to be forced already filled in — add names and upload it back. Re-uploading a
corrected sheet updates rather than duplicating. Every eligible date includes
Primary and Secondary rows, in call order.
Only one platoon can be forced on any given date. Nobody may work
72 hours straight, so the eligible platoon is the one working neither the day
before nor the day after. On a C-shift day 1 that is A shift; on C-shift day 2 it
is B shift. The import rejects anyone from the wrong platoon.
Staffing Templates
A standing crew per unit, per platoon. Pushing writes real assignments for every date that platoon is on duty — PTO and swaps stay normal single-day edits.
Employee Editor
Supervisor-only editing for credentials, shift details, and archive state.
